Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no trial, no hidden fees. We run SwiftSMP and share our spare capacity with the community.
Why did my server go offline?
Free servers go to sleep after 10 minutes with no players online. Nothing is lost: start it again from the panel, or anyone can wake it on the Wake server page with your server address.
Can I install plugins and mods?
Yes. Upload them in the file manager. Paper, Purpur, Pufferfish and Leaf run plugins; Forge runs mods. Keep it within 2 GB of memory: lighter packs work best.
How many servers can I have?
One free server per person. Making extra accounts to get more servers will get them all removed.
Where are the servers?
Singapore, so ping is low across Southeast Asia.
How do backups work?
You can keep 2 backups in the panel's Backups tab. Make one before big changes; restoring takes a few clicks.
What isn't allowed?
Crypto mining, attacking other servers, illegal content and anything that harms other users. See the rules. Breaking them gets the server removed.
